I suspected that my wheel bearing was messed up. I had been researching mechanics near me when I came across North Point Auto Repair. I read the reviews and knew this is where I wanted to go. I called and spoke with the receptionist. When asked what I thought the problem was, I was told to come in immediately. After a quick test drive, Steve came back and told me I was right. He was so genuine and I could tell that he really cares for his customers. After about an hour or so, I was back on the road. I recommend them to everyone I know! I'm definitely coming back if I have any other issues! Thank you Steve and team for taking such good care of me!

The best!!! Honest, reliable and great customer service! They have been helping me with repairs for my car and 3 children's cars. 5 stars!!! Steve the owner is wonderful and all his employees as well! Definitely recommend for all my family and friends!!!

I had to rush my car over two weeks ago due to a flashing check engine light. Something no one wants to see. The team got me in quickly and was able to resolve my issue within a day. I was impressed with the response time and professionalism of Steve and his team. I do not live close to North Point Auto but I will be returning for all future service needs for my cars.

I had an incredible experience and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!! The service was simply outstanding from the moment I walked in until the job was done. A coworker recommended this place to me, and I'm so glad she did! Since moving to Atlanta over two years ago, I've been looking for a reliable mechanic, and now I've found one. Steve is truly passionate about his work, and it's evident in the quality of service he provides. His dedication shows just by how late he stays to ensure your vehicle is taken care of promptly. His pricing is fair, which is a relief since I often feel at a disadvantage as someone who doesn't know much about cars. Steve is very hardworking, friendly, and a proud family man who loves what he does!! I finally feel like I have my own local mechanic I can trust and recommend to others without hesitation.
