My wife and I are relatively new members and residents of the area. We have found that the gym fosters a strong sense of community, which has helped us make friends. Overall, our experience at the gym has been wonderful. The owners take pride in their facility; the equipment is top-notch, and the coaching is excellent. We thoroughly enjoy the programming they offer. Recently, they added a bodybuilding section for training in addition to their group CrossFit classes.

This is by far the best gym in Atlanta. I've been looking for a bodybuilding gym like this for almost 10 years. Amazing equipment and GOOD ENVIRONMENT for serious lifters. Justin has a huge vision for the growth of this gym and I cannot wait for the expansion. 10/10 recommend this place!

This is not just a place to train, it's a tight knit family. Every member and the staff are all genuinely interested in making you the best version of yourself. This is a TRUE Bodybuilding gym. Period.
What sets this gym apart is its culture. The owners have created an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. The sense of camaraderie and community among members is unmatched, and it's incredibly motivating to be surrounded by people who share your dedication to health and wellness.

This is one of the best kept secret gyms in all of Georgia. The facility is amazing. The people are very friendly and the equipment is not only maintained, but it is TOP NOTCH. The vibes are always high and the workouts really push you. They have some of the nicest equipment I’ve ever used and honestly everything you could think of. Great job Justin and team on building such a wonderful gym and community here in Alpharetta.

Great gym with really nice and accommodating coaches. I dropped in while in town for work. The gym has plenty of space and does a great job making sure everyone in class has attention and coaching. Will come back.
