All the coaches are friendly and knows how much to push you without making it too impossible. The owner has really put her heart in doing something that sets this gym apart from all the others! I'm so glad I joined Core57! All of the staff members are amazing and very supportive! I had a minor setback with an ankle injury 2 weeks into starting the program. I've been able to pick back up where I left off. The trainers are able to provide modifications on the spot to still work that particular area without causing pain and stress. They challenge you without overdoing it. I always feel like I get an amazing work out each time I go from every trainer I've worked with thus far.
I am grateful I found Core57! I can't wait to see my progress over the next few months. I'm already noticing my strength improving and inches coming off. It is not like any other program and is just what I need to become a healthier version of myself both physically and emotionally! Thank you, Kolleen and staff! You all are truly amazing and I'm proud to be part of the Core57 community!

Amazing gym! We have been going to Core57 since November of last year and have seen great results! All the trainers are very knowledgeable and ready to help you meet your goals.

Core57 is hands-down the most versatile, welcoming and best gym ever. I have been a member for 4 years and the trainers and classes have changed my perspective on “working out”. It is not a chore, but fun! The community that Core57 has built is unsurpassed. We all feel accountable and encourage each other to show up and do more! Core57 makes the early morning alarm clock so worth it!!

The instructors at Core 57 are top notch! My wife and I joined over a year ago. As we are in our 50’s, our goal is to maintain an active life style without injury for years to come. Core 57 and the workout programs they offer are a key part of that goal!
